Refund policy

At Mypetinparis, your satisfaction is our top priority. If some is not quit right with your purchase, we are here to make the return process as mooth and transparent as possible. Please read our return policy carefully before initiating a return.

1 ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

We have a 14 calendar days from the date your order is delivered. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as when received.
  • Items must have all original tags attached and be returned in original packaging (including dust bags or boxes, if applicable).

 

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with these conditions. Items must be free from makeup marks, deodorant stains, perfume or any other signs of wear.

2. EXCEPTIONS/ NON- RETURNABLE ITEMS 

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like personalized  products and  final sale or clearance items, gift cards,

3. HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
To start a return, you can contact us at contact@mypetinparis.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following information: the order number, the items you wish to return and the reason for the return.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return detailled instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 
We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery. Unauthorized returns without email confirmation may be rejected or delayed.

4. EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, color or item, we recommend :

  • to return the item you have,
  • once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

5. DAMAGED or INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 3 calendar days of delivery at contact@mypetinparis.com.

Include your order number, a brief description of the issue and clear photos of the item(s) . We will prioritize resolving the issue as quickly as possible, including sending a replacement or issuing a full refund. 

6. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a faulty or incorrect item sent by us. We do not refund original shipping charges unless the item was faulty or incorrect. If the return is accepted and dertermined to be our error, we will cover the return postage.

8. INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

We accept internation returns , but please note :

  • return shipping, duties and taxes are at the customer's expense
  • we recommend checking with your local customs office regarding any additional fees that may apply

9. FINAL NOTES

We are not responsible for returned items lost or damaged in transit Please retain proof of postage and tracking information until your return is fully processed. Abuse of the return policy may result in refusal of future orders.
